It is not intended to pull the temperatures of your product down, but rather it holds temperatures steady between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety, making it ideal for storing produce, dairy products, or condiments. This door, with a full length handle, opens to a 21.75 cu. ft. cabinet made of aluminum. It features a set of 3 poly-coated metal shelves to help organize your refrigerated inventory. Plus, each shelf accommodates up to 66 lb. of weight, making it excellent for storing melon and other heavy product. Bright LED lighting illuminates the cabinet for easy loading and retrieval, which gives staff a clear view of the contents so as to reduce the time spent with the door open. A 1/4+ hp refrigeration system circulates R290 refrigerant to keep temperatures cool. As a specialized refrigerant, R290 has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Made with a white, powder-coated steel exterior, the refrigerator is fortified with polyurethane foam insulation, which helps boost energy efficiency and adds structural rigidity.
